We Are Florida House Buyers is the cash buying arm of a Central Florida real estate operation led by Tyler Gibson, a licensed Florida agent and hands-on investor. We buy houses as-is, statewide, while Tyler's sister team GPG lists and sells them at retail. The story
Tyler's path to buying houses
Tyler Gibson grew up in a missionary family and spent much of his childhood in Mexico, which shaped a worldview built on relationships, adaptability, and an appreciation for opportunity. He dropped out of college, worked a variety of jobs, lived in several places, and built his career through entrepreneurship and real estate instead of a traditional path.
He began investing in real estate around 2015 and became a licensed Florida agent around 2019. Since then he has bought and sold more properties, built a team, and leaned into the strategies most people never learn: creative financing, negotiation, seller strategy, and honest deal structure.
That background matters to sellers, because it means the person pricing your house has actually done the renovation work, carried the rental, worked through the short sale, and sat on both sides of the closing table.
